It gives me immense pleasure to highlight Indian Institute of Nursing, Haridevi Ghanahatti Shimla. It was established in the year 2017 approved by Himachal Pradesh Government, affiliated to Himachal Pradesh University and recognised by HPNRC and INC Delhi. It has an excellent infrastructure with well-equipped labs, spacious classrooms, lecture hall with the facility of LCD Projector, Overhead Projector. Library of the college is wellequipped & stocked with latest editions of both national and international journals and books. IIN provides good and comfortable accommodation including 24×7 security Page 3 of 4 arrangement.
The college has also its own fleet of buses for transportation of students. It has good clinical facility at well reputed hospital in Indra Gandhi Medical College, DDU Hospital (Rippon Hospital) Shimla and psychiatric clinical practice at Government Mental Health Hospital Amritsar. Indian Institute of Nursing is the best college of nursing in Himachal Pradesh.
Faculty of the institution are blend of knowledge and experienced in the field of Nursing. They work very hard to provide quality teaching to the College Students.
College have multipurpose hall with occupancy of 1000 students where various functions are organised. Community training is given to the students in order to provide quality community health experience in following government health centers.
